1. VIP Manifest Registration
The Norfolk Takeover Cruise (NTC) VIP Manifest is a priority pre-registration list. Joining this list does not constitute a booking or guarantee a stateroom. Official bookings are subject to availability and will be processed starting April 15, 2026, through our official booking portal.
2. Service Eligibility
NTC is a curated professional and executive event. We reserve the right to review all registrants and refuse service or access to the event to maintain the integrity of the professional environment and safety of all passengers. Any reference to prior parent entities is for administrative purposes only; NTC operates as the primary service provider for this event.
3. Corporate Sponsorships & Strategic Partnerships
Activation & Payment: Strategic partnerships are considered officially secured only upon receipt of the initial deposit or full payment as outlined in the customized invoice. Invoices must be fulfilled within five (5) business days of receipt. All partnership deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable due to the upfront financial commitments required to secure maritime inventory, venues, and physical branding materials.
Asset Fulfillment & Deadlines: Partners must provide high-resolution brand assets (logos, media, product inserts) by the strict deadlines communicated by the NTC Executive Board. NTC reserves the right to reject any brand assets or physical inserts that violate cruise line policies or do not align with our aesthetic standards. NTC is not financially liable for omitted deliverables if a sponsor's assets are submitted past the official production deadline.
Category Exclusivity: Category exclusivity is strictly reserved for the Platinum / Title Sponsorship tier. Lower-tier packages do not include category exclusivity and may feature competing brands within the same industry.
Accommodations & VIP Access: Partnership tiers that include stateroom accommodations are based on double occupancy. Upgrades, single occupancy transitions, or additional guests are subject to prevailing Carnival Cruise Line rates and availability. VIP All-Access passes are strictly non-transferable once the final guest manifest is locked prior to sailing.
Cancellations & Liability: The Organizers (Norfolk Takeover Cruise) are not financially liable for itinerary changes, port adjustments, or cancellations initiated by Carnival Cruise Line, or due to Acts of God and severe weather.
4. Modifications & General Cancellations
All itinerary details, including dates, destination (Bermuda), and departure port (Norfolk, VA), are based on current charter agreements and are subject to modification. Any changes to the Terms of Service will be updated on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
5. Mobile Messaging Terms (A2P SMS)
Program Description: By opting into the Norfolk Takeover Cruise VIP List via our web forms, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., event reminders, booking window alerts, and cart reminders) to the mobile number provided.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Keywords & Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our short code or long code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on user interaction and mission updates.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
